Presentation at Noweyung by Junita & Leo

This morning on Friday the 18th May Junita & Leo came to give a presentation at Noweyung in Bairnsdale. Unfortunately I had to phone in from home but this was no problem as Leo’s power point was emailed to me to follow during the presentation.
We had asked for a presentation about options for our organization- in regards to how we will build our internal IT communication.

We have wanted to develop a plan for Noweyung to increase our capacity to utilize the internet and modern software developments to improve our service and the capacity of our staff. The network and the training provided has helped us to make some steps in achieving this:
- We have now ICT committees on both Management & supervisory level

Last night I had the good fortune to check my G+ account just as Chee Chew (Project lead of Hangouts on Air) made the announcement that Hangouts on Air has now been extended to the rest of the world*.
If you don't know what G+ Hangouts are, you're missing an exciting new way to communicate and build community. Here is the general gist of it:
